What sets Goodradigbee apart is its whisky. Rather than using traditional barrels, the distillery matures its spirits in patented Australian hardwood cubes, drawing out richer flavours from native timbers.

"It is bold, innovative and proudly local," explains Founder, John O’Connor. “The maturation cubes change everything. You get depth, richness and character without losing the smoothness that makes whisky so enjoyable.”

Their masterclasses let guests dive deeper. Giants of Gin compares award-winning gins from around the world, highlighting the impact of native botanicals, while Whiskies of the World explores global styles before finishing with a blind tasting of Goodradigbee’s own.

Each session includes a distillery tour and insight into the maturation cubes. Classes run for two hours, from $120 per person or $145 with food, for groups of two or more.
