1. Booking Confirmation
Upon receipt of, and any subsequent correspondence relating to, the Publisher’s email, the Advertiser (including the booking agent and/or the company named in the email address) is deemed to have accepted and agreed to the booking of advertising space within the specified publication.
2. Commencement of Work
Following acceptance of the booking, all work associated with the reserved advertising space will commence.
3. Liability for Fees
All fees quoted and invoiced are the responsibility of, and payable by, the booking agent and/or the company identified in the correspondence.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified on the issued invoice. All invoices are due and payable within seven (7) days from the invoice date.
5. Late Payment and Recovery Costs
Any amounts not paid within the stated payment terms may incur additional costs associated with debt recovery if payment remains outstanding after thirty (30) business days from the invoice date.
6. Discount Forfeiture
Any discounts applied to an invoice will be deemed null and void if payment is not received within sixty (60) days of the invoice due date. In such circumstances, the full, undiscounted rate will be applied and become immediately due and payable.
7. Legal Action
If payment remains outstanding ninety (90) days from the invoice date, the Publisher reserves the right to commence recovery proceedings through the appropriate local court. All legal costs and associated expenses will be payable by the Advertiser.
