Best of Avalon Competition – Terms and Conditions

Promoter: All Bases Covered Pty Ltd (Beaches COVERED).

Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and participating businesses, and their immediate families, are not eligible.

How to Enter: Entrants must scan the QR code or enter via BeachesCOVERED.com.au and submit the required details. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Competition Period: Entries open and close on the dates specified on BeachesCOVERED.com.au. Late entries will not be accepted.

Prize: One winner will receive the full Best of Avalon prize pool valued at approximately $5,000. The prize includes vouchers, products and experiences contributed by more than forty Avalon businesses.

Prize Conditions:

Some components of the prize pool have their own individual terms, conditions, blackout periods and validity dates as set by each participating business.

The winner is responsible for checking and complying with each supplier’s conditions.

Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable, unless otherwise stated by the contributing business.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a redraw may occur.

Privacy: By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their details for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using any part of the prize. Individual businesses are responsible for the fulfilment of their prize components.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the competition if required.
