Now at 32 The Corso, a short walk from the beach and right in the middle of everything, Manly's newest wellness club brings serious recovery facilities to the neighbourhood they were always meant for.

Saunas, ice bath, and a steam room – all under one roof, in a space that earns the time you give it.

Inside, you'll find a traditional Finnish Sauna, four Infrared Saunas, six Ice Baths chilled between 3°C and 12°C, and a beautifully-designed Steam Room. Natural light, travertine flooring and a calm, considered fit-out make this somewhere you seek out rather than simply tolerate. Doors open at 6am and close at 11pm every day. The routine, once started, tends to stick.

Founder Anthony Simonetta has had Manly on his radar for years. After hosting ice bath events on the beach back in 2023, he saw exactly what the local community was missing.

"We met so many people who were very engaged in their wellness," he says. "We knew we had to find a location that would make sauna, ice bath and steam room facilities accessible to everyone."

Memberships start from $18.95 per week. Casual sessions are $39 for 90 minutes with full access to everything inside. Those who build regular recovery into their week tend to notice the same results: better sleep, sustained mental clarity, and less of that low-grade tension that accumulates during a busy schedule. It’s about having a body that responds to whatever you ask of it, whether that’s a hard training session, a long day at a desk, or just keeping up with life on the Beaches.
