‍The promoter is Beaches COVERED. (“Promoter”).

Eligibility
‍Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.Employees of Beaches COVERED., their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

Competition Period
‍The competition commences on Tuesday 9th September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST Tuesday 30th September 2025 on (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter
‍To enter, participants must complete the online form and answer the promotional question in 25 words or less.6. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Game of Skill
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creativity, and suitability to the competition theme. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize
The prize is a 2-night stay in a Coastal Villa at Manly Pacific Hotel plus a $300 Cibaria restaurant voucher The total prize value is approximately AUD $2700. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.13. Any incidental costs not included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification
Judging will take place at Beaches COVERED. on Wednesday 1st October 2025. The winner will be notified via email/phone within 5 business days of judging. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another valid entry.

By entering, participants agree to their name, entry, and photo (if applicable) being used for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
