Manly Wharf's newest dining room is doing Melbourne Cup its own way, with a four course Cantonese banquet from Head Chef Louis Tikaram. Oysters, yellowfin tuna, wagyu and toothfish, all served share style.

A three and a half hour premium beverage package runs alongside it: Louis Roederer Champagne, premium spirits, spritzes, wines and beers. Large screens carry the race, and Youngcare is running charity sweeps through the afternoon.

$295 per person, all inclusive. Strictly 18+. Dietary banquets are available on request, and bookings are non-refundable within 10 days of the event.
