Terms & Conditions – Beaches COVERED. / Felons Barrel Room Competition
Promotion
The promoter is Beaches COVERED. (“Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.Employees of Beaches COVERED., their immediate families, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period
The Competition opens Monday 13 July 2026 and closes Sunday 27 July 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the online form and answer the promotional question in 25 words or less. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Game of Skill
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, creativity, and suitability to the competition theme. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize
The prize is 5 x tickets to One of These Nights: The Eagles Experience at Felons Barrel Room, Manly on Saturday 1 August 2026. Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. Any incidental costs not included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at the judges' discretion and notified by email within 3 business days of close. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General
By entering, participants agree to their name, entry, and photo (if applicable) being used for promotional purposes without further compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
