Advertising Terms and conditions for Booking space for this publication

  • Upon receiving and further corresponding to email correspondance with the Publisher, you have agreed to accepting this booking.

  • All work will now commence on your space in the above print publication run.

  • All fees expressed are deemed owed by the booking agent and or the company on the address of this email.

  • Payment terms are listed on the supplied invoice and deemed to be paid 7 days from date of invoice

  • All fees not paid within the payment terms may include additional fees for recovery actions if not paid within 30 business days.

  • All discounted elements of a quoted invoice become null and void if the payment isn't received within 60 days of the due date of invoice

  • At this time full total pricing without discounts will be applied to the outstanding invoice and become due and payable.

  • At 90 days overdue of the date of invoice recovery action will take effect in the local court with legal cost also due and payable.
