Lachlan grew up on the Northern Beaches. He started his real estate career thirty years ago in Dee Why and Freshwater, then built his own agency in Collaroy and teamed up with childhood friend Peter Mosedale to form Upstate. He has sold some houses three times over, to three different families, and remembers all of them.
