If Home was a Café
Nothing says family quite like Two Siisters Pantry in Fairlight. Fresh bites, quality coffee and exciting twists on classic meals have the community of Fairlight and more racing out the door on Saturday mornings. An unmissable spot for the weekend family breakfast ritual.

Sunday morning pancakes with the family: comforting, sweet and blessed with fresh fruit. It's hard to find a pancake that satisfies everyone's soul, but Nonna's Pancake Stack at Two Siisters Pantry is a generous, unforgettable crowd pleaser. Blueberry compote, lemon mascarpone, maple syrup, and dark chocolate bits sprinkled over fluffy pancakes; it's heavenly. It's an experience built by a family unit to support sisters Deana and Tayla's dream.
"It's our Nonna's secret recipe," says Tayla. "We brought this recipe back because everyone loves it."
Deana, Tayla, Cathy and Maryanne are the family behind Two Siisters Pantry, a café that fittingly feels like home. Stroll in on any given morning and you'll likely be greeted by one of the sisters, Deana or Tayla, as they pour you an unforgettable brew paired with a warm welcome. The smells of the café alone are enticing, the kitchen buzzing, laughter in the air, and an atmosphere that feels energising, the kind of energy that only comes from people who genuinely love what they do.
"We have heard rumours that we are well known for our bacon and egg rolls," Deana says.
The rumours are fact. At an unbeatable price, $15 weekday mornings between 6.30am and 2.00pm with a coffee, eggs cooked to perfection and bacon you can smell from around the corner, you can't go wrong.
UNFORGETTABLE BREWS

There's equal competition between the food and coffee rumours around the Two Siisters menu. Paradox Coffee Roasters fuels the praise for the divine brews. Served by the sisters themselves, it's a consistent, high quality medium blend that comes with a side of genuine conversation, if you're in the mood.
"We chose this because it was perfect with a white coffee and black," explains Tayla.
REVIEW RAVISHING FOODS

Salty, sweet and everything in between, the Two Siisters menu is built to satisfy any craving. It's an all-day menu, seven days a week, meaning there's no wrong time to swing by, whether that's an early coffee before work, a lazy weekend breakfast, or a late lunch when the day's gotten away from you.
Reviews praise the Rise and Grind Wrap, but the bacon and egg roll and the B.R.A.T are not to be missed, served on an exclusive bread only available at Two Siisters Pantry and their father's restaurant.
THE NEW WEEKEND RITUAL

For a lot of Fairlight families and locals, mornings have quietly become a Two Siisters ritual. Kids in tow, footy boots still on, everyone piling in for coffee and something to eat before the rest of the weekend takes over. There's a community that backs Two Siisters Pantry, and it extends from their own family.
"We see all the kids growing up, they see our kids growing up," says Tayla. "It's a really nice connection."
There's family in every step and consideration. It's what makes Two Siisters feel personal.
Follow the scents of coffee, fresh muffins baked daily, and salt-sprinkled sweet potato fries, and you'll find yourself surrounded by potted plants, calming green walls, and timber tables at Two Siisters Pantry.
"We bake the muffins every day in new flavours," Tayla says proudly.
If your family can never decide on a spot to meet up for brunch, these two sisters have it sorted. Time to nestle into the friendliest corner of Fairlight.
