Perched on West Esplanade beside the Manly Pavilion on the old aquarium site, The Espy is a breezy waterfront escape made for lazy days and golden sunsets.

Run by The Boathouse Group, it leans heavily into alfresco vibes - open air seating, casual décor, relaxed energy. The menu is full of seaside-friendly fare: wood-fired pizzas, fish & chips, burgers, poke bowls, oysters and small bites that pair nicely with chilled beers, spritzes and cocktails. You’ll find locals coming straight off the beach to drop by, families in for an early feed, groups gathering for sunset drinks.
