Lock it in: Tuesday 19 May. Something new is landing on the Northern Beaches — and it's set to turn our coastline into a full-blown festival of movement, community and purpose.
Dreamt up by local dad and Tour De Cure co-founder Geoff Coombes OAM, STRYDE4 Day is not your standard charity event. It's a choose-your-own-adventure for doing good — and it's the first of its kind on the Beaches.
Here's how it works: you walk, you play, you fundraise, and you pick the cause. With 30-plus charities across six impact areas — mental health, cancer, families, Indigenous initiatives, disability and the environment — whatever matters to you, you can back it.

The Walk
The STRYDE itself is an 8km coastal loop from Keirle Park, Manly to Curl Curl Lagoon and back, winding through some of the most iconic stretches of coastline we're lucky enough to call home. But it's more than a walk.
Along the route, 15-plus pop-up activation zones transform the track into something closer to a moving festival:
• Ice bath challenge
• Swim a lap for your charity
• Silent disco sessions
• The "cookie off your face" challenge
• Cornhole battles
• Footy, soccer and golf
Part fitness, part festival, part community movement — and built for everyone.

Show Up With Your People
Grab your crew, rally your workplace or get your school involved. Local businesses are already jumping in, using STRYDE4 Day as a chance to swap the office for the outdoors, bring teams together and make a real impact while they're at it.
Every dollar raised goes directly to high-impact projects through participating charities.
