Spring has arrived at Felons Manly, bringing lighter plates, brighter flavours and crisp pours made for sun-soaked days by the water. Alongside seasonal dishes that celebrate the best of The Beaches, the week is packed with specials worth planning around.
Mondays serve up smoky Peri Peri roast chicken with tabbouleh and garlic sauce.
On Tuesdays, roll in a Royal red prawn burger layered with tartare and iceberg, and Wednesdays deliver Steak Night with a 250g Hereford striploin, café de Paris butter and shoestring fries. Thursdays keep the tradition alive with wood-fired pizzas straight from the oven.
Sip back and feel special with weekly feasts to look forward to. Sundays serve Porchetta roast with pork belly seasoned with fennel seed, lemon and rosemary, crispy potatoes, peas and mustard jus. Whatever day you drop by, there’s always something to look forward to.
Beer you’ll want to write home about. On tap, the Japanese Rice Lager steals the spotlight. Brewed just for Manly with jasmine rice and floral hops, it’s light, clean, and paired with purpose, as every glass sold helps remove plastic from Sydney Harbour. Then there’s the Felons Super Cold Crisp Lager, served straight from brewery-fresh tanks at an icy –2°C. Cold. Clean. Crisp. As the weather warms up, the beer gets colder.
Not into beer? Frozen cocktails like the Mango Colada or Lychee Slushy are spring in a sip, while classics like the Felons Margarita or a perfectly poured Negroni keep things timeless. There’s wine on tap, Champagne by the bottle, and plenty of spritzes that taste like holidays.
