As a seemingly ‘new’ homebuilding company, Wattle Court Homes is surprisingly already well-integrated into the vibrant Beaches and North Shore communities. With solid connections, this team builds where they love to live and ensures every home reflects the unique culture and demographics of the communities they serve.

After 15 years of dedicated service under their previous brand, Director Horst Lueckl recognised the need for a change. “Our former identity was taking us in a direction that no longer aligned with our vision or core values,” he says. “The transition to merge into the Wattle Court Homes franchise group is a natural evolution for us—a rebranding that allows us to refine our focus on unique design processes and quality builds without losing the rhythm of what we’ve created over the years.”

Wattle Court Homes embodies the essence of Horst’s 35 years of building expertise on The Beaches, now infused with unique designs and a fresh perspective. “We have positioned ourselves uniquely in the market, bridging the gap between volume project home builders and bespoke builders. This redefined approach enables us to cater specifically to discerning clients who seek quality and individuality in their homes.”

“Our previous affiliations no longer reflected our commitment to the local community and the character that sets us apart. As we move forward, we’re excited to integrate the buying efficiencies typically associated with national brands while delivering the personalised touch and attention to detail that only a local builder can provide. Importantly, we are still a franchise business with the peace of mind, protection and collaboration that this model gives.”

The Wattle Court crew may have changed their name, uniforms, and designs; however, everything else remains in place—just enhanced, refined, and elevated. Horst explains, “We are still AMDE Constructions PL; however, now we are trading as Wattle Court Homes. AMDE Construction has been responsible for building close to 300 homes in the Northern Beaches and North Shore area over the last 15 years. We look forward to consolidating and continuing to listen to our clients and work with them to create their dream homes under the Wattle Court Homes ethos.”
