For Eddison, it’s all about balance. “What I love about being a Balgowlah business owner is the community,” he says. “People here really value good food and good company, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver.”
The seafood platter is stacked high with oysters, scallops, ceviche, mussels, battered fish, squid and roasted bugs. Equally irresistible are the small plates: Bang Bang Prawns with just the right spice, Wagyu Cheeseburger Spring Rolls that fly out of the kitchen, and a comforting seafood chowder folded with salmon, clams, mussels and prawns.
