Lyrical Landscapes
Inspired by the Australian bush, Col Ritchie blends realism with abstraction to create landscapes that radiate peaceful harmony. His paintings draw you into a world of quietude, inviting contemplation and reflection on the beauty of nature.
Guided by a Matissian philosophy, Col’s work aims to soothe the mind, offering a calming, restorative pause in a busy world.

Charming Mixed Media Sculptures
Col’s animal sculptures are as charismatic as they are unique. Each is lovingly handcrafted from clay and natural wood, ensuring no two are ever alike. Every piece has its own character, its own story, and its own irresistible charm.
A local favourite, Col regularly exhibits at Art Gallery on Avalon Beach, as well as regional galleries including Ferris Wheel in Bowral. This year, his work featured in The Other Art Fair (Saatchi Art) and the Newcastle ArtSpace group show.
