North Harbour Reserve

North Harbour Reserve is a popular, scenic spot on the water at Balgowlah. Facilities include a playground, a half basketball court, a BBQ with a picnic table and a concrete path along the waterfront.

It's also one of Council's dog off-leash areas, open to dogs 24 hours a day, so it works for the whole family, four legs included. Public toilets and water are on site.

It suits a relaxed BBQ or picnic with a harbour outlook. Parking is limited, so walk or ride in if you can, and be mindful of other users when the dogs are out.
