The Sounds of Simon & Garfunkel

22 March 2026
Glen Street Theatre

Head to Glen Street Theatre on 22 March for an acoustic tribute to world-renowned artists Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel, featuring all your favourites from ‘The Sound of Silence’ to ‘Scarborough Fair’.

“And here’s to you, Mrs. Robinson.” I bet you could hear those lyrics as you read them! Simon and Garfunkel’s mellow vocals and stirring harmonies have kept audiences entranced since the heart of their fame in the 1960s. Now, Glen Street Theatre takes us back on a journey through time with The Sounds of Simon & Garfunkel, a tribute to one of the greatest vocal duos of all time.

Few acts have captured the spirit of an era quite like Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. With songs that spoke to both personal longing and sweeping social change, they helped define the mood of a generation, selling more than 70 million records worldwide and collecting 10 Grammys along the way. From introspective ballads to anthems of quiet protest, their music is timeless, etched in the memories of those they touched at the time and all the generations since.

Bringing this remarkable catalogue to life are Shelley & O’Regan. Mark Shelley and Peter O’Regan, both seasoned performers with decades of touring behind them, have been friends for many years. Their individual musical experiences and stories of life on the road seem endless. Now, after admiring each other's work for so long, the time has finally come to join forces. Supported on stage by the inimitable bass player Christopher Soulos and master of keys, Noel Elmowy, they are pleased to present a night of nostalgia and musical greatness on Sunday 22 March at 2pm, Glen Street Theatre.
