The Beautiful Girls have spent more than two decades building a sound that belongs to the coast; warm melodies, honest songwriting, and a mix of reggae, dub, folk, hip hop and soul. Mat McHugh's project came up through Australia's surf and skate scene and has since toured Japan, Europe, Brazil, Canada and the States, all of it independent.

Records like Learn Yourself, We're Already Gone, Ziggurats, Spooks and Dancehall Days have kept the crowds coming. This one lands in the Barrel Room as part of Surf + Sound Festival 2026. Doors from 7pm.
