Q Station teams up with Philip Shaw of Orange for a three course dinner at Boilerhouse Kitchen & Bar, with every course matched to a wine from the range.

Managing Director Damian Shaw hosts the evening, talking through each drop as it lands on the table. Expect cool climate wines from the Central West, a kitchen working to match them, and the harbour going dark outside the windows.
