Parkes Elvis Festival 2027

Thank you, thank you very much. Every January, the country town of Parkes turns into Graceland, and more than 25,000 fans in jumpsuits, sideburns and blue suede shoes make the trip to celebrate the King's birthday.

The 2027 festival marks its 34th year with an Elvis On Tour theme. Expect five days of tribute shows, the famous street parade, markets, competitions and a whole town dressed for the occasion. It's been named one of the top three festivals and events in Australia, and it shows.

Road trip, baby

Parkes is around five hours west of Sydney, so it's a proper getaway. Accommodation books out early, so lock in somewhere to stay well before January. The festival website has everything you need to plan the trip, plus the full program.
