H5 BIRD FLU: COMMUNITY INFORMATION SESSION

H5 bird flu events have been recorded on the Northern Beaches around Dee Why and Warriewood.

To help keep the community informed, the NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD), in partnership with Northern Beaches Council, is hosting a free community information session at Warriewood Community Centre.

Hear directly from NSW DPIRD, NSW Health, National Parks and Wildlife Service and Local Land Services about the current H5 bird flu situation in NSW, the response underway, public health considerations, and practical steps the community can take to help reduce the impact and spread of H5 bird flu.

The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns with agency representatives.
