Freshly Brewed Fiction at the BeanZ AGM 2026

Local writing group Spill the Beans launches its eighth BeanZ anthology at Club Totem Balgowlah, and every ticket comes with a copy of the book.

Catherine Wilson of Stone Real Estate launches the anthology, and author Joanna Nell reads and chats about her work. Judge Amy Hutton announces the winner of the Perfect Printing Prize, which becomes a book in 2027.

Then it's over to the room, with a writing challenge, fiction written on the night and a fast-paced AGM to elect the new BeanZ team. Tea and coffee are provided, and dinner is available at the club at your own cost. Doors open at 5.15pm.

Friday 6 November | 5.30pm to 9pm | Club Totem, Balgowlah | From $17.19
