TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Employees of the All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
2. The promotion commences at on 9am AEDST Monday 1 July 2019 and closes at 11.59pm AEDST on Wednesday 31st July 2019. (“promotion period”).
3. To enter, participants must sign up to COVERED. magazine competition form via the submission link on www.coveredhub.com.au and answer a multiple questionnaire.
4. Responses must be received by the All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social during the promotion period. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant and any automated entries will be invalid.
All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any entry which is not submitted in accordance with these conditions of entry.
5. All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
The prize is:
13x Burger Vouchers valued at $20 each.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize or portion thereof for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason.
7. This is a game of chance. Judging will be conducted by an independent panel of Winners will be drawn by independent Judges allocated by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social within the first three business days after the end of the promotion period – Saturday 3rd August 2019. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The drawn winning entries, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will be the prize winner.
Determination of Winners
8. The winners will be notified via email on Monday 5th August 2019, and asked to provide their full name as per photo ID, contact number and address details by email. The prize will be collected by the winner at 2/10-18 Orchard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100, within two weeks of notification. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
9. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize.
10. All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with participation in this competition or accepting or utilising a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
11. All entries become the property of All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social and the competition affiliated entities (Cafés) running in the competition. Entrants acknowledge that their entry and all material included will be the property of the All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social and these affiliated entities. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant assigns all of their rights, title and interest (including copyright) in and to their entry to the Promoter from the time of entry. Entrants consent to any use of their entry which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

By entering, entrants agree that personal data, including without limitation name, mobile number and email address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Competition and any other purposes outlined in these Competition Conditions. The data may also be used by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social in order to verify the participant's identity, email address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the Competition. Participants have the right to access, review, rectify, or cancel any personal data held by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social by writing to All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social at Unit 2 / 10-18 Orchard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. Personal data will be used by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social and its affiliates exclusively for the purposes stated herein.
Conditions
13. THIS CONTEST IS VOID OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA. Entrants agree that this Competition shall be subject to and governed by the laws of Australia. To the extent permitted by law, the right to litigate, to seek injunctive relief or to make any other recourse to judicial or any other procedure in case of disputes or claims resulting from or on connection with this Competition are hereby excluded and any entrant expressly waives any and all such rights. Certain restrictions may apply in some jurisdictions.
Right to Cancel or Suspend Competition
14. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Competition, All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition. In such event, no prizes will be awarded. If All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social elects to cancel or terminate the Competition under any of the circumstances described above.
Limitation of Liability
15. By entering this Competition, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social / COVERED. Social, and their respective companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
16. All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social / COVERED. Social assume no responsibility for any of the following in connection with the Competition: any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Competition entries or Votes; or alteration of entries or Votes. All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social / COVERED. Social are further not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email entry or vote to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, fraud by any entrant or vote, or any combination thereof, including without limitation any injury or damage to entrants', voters' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials in this Competition.
17. By participating, entrants and Voters also agree (a) to be bound by these Competition conditions; and (b) that the decisions of All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social / COVERED. Social are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Competition.
18. All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any entry and/or entrant (including an entrant's identity and address) and the validity of any Voter, and to disqualify any entrant or Voter who submits an entry or Vote, respectively, that is not in accordance with these Competition Conditions or who tampers with the entry or voting process. Failure by All Bases Covered Pty Ltd / COVERED. Social to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
19. This Promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
